The Lisbon City Council (CML) will hold a seminar marking the International Day for Universal Access to Information, celebrated on September 28, with the aim of raising awareness about the need for everyone to be able to receive and disseminate information, as an expression of their freedom and a tool to enhance their participation in the public sphere and civil society. INESC-ID researcher José Borbinha will be a speaker on the panel “Ethical Perspectives on Access to Information”.
